Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email.

Shipping Timeframe is typically 7-14 business days, although you may receive your items much sooner depending on your location. We will provide tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout.

Cancellations and Returns: All orders are canceled after 48 hours. You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as it hasn't been shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Returns will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order."
