Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so easily:

  1. Email Notification:

    • Send us an email including your order details and the item you want to exchange/return to the email address provided.

  2. Exchanges:

    • Items purchased on the website can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Use the postal service for returns, incurring a fee of 30 shekels, or via registered mail to the P.O. Box, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition, along with the exchange receipt or note.

  3. Returns:

    • Items can be returned in exchange for a credit to the credit card used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. The item must be in perfect and unused condition, and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. For further information, contact us via email.
    • Refund for the shipping fee paid during purchase is not available.

  4. Cancellation After Shipment:

    • In the case of canceling a transaction or exchange after the product has been shipped to the customer, a full refund will be given for the purchased item, not including shipping fees. The refund will be processed upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition by our team.

  5. Conditions for Return:

    • A credit will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. The credit will be given only if the product is returned unused, undamaged, and without any signs of wear. The company has sole discretion in determining the condition of the returned product.

  6. Damaged Products:

    • Despite our efforts to deliver flawless products, there may be cases where a product with a manufacturing defect is sent to you. In such cases, the product will be sent to you at our expense.

  7. Note on Direct Cards:

    • Direct cardholders are not eligible for a refund to their cards. They are entitled to receive their refund via bank transfer, minus a 5% transaction fee and credit card refund transactions.

Please note that the company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the returned product's condition.
